Zahler Construction & Development, LLC is a full service General Contractor, Home Renovator, and Development Partner. Founded on three generations of experience and integrity, Zahler Construction & Development continues the tradition of honest workmanship started by William Zahler’s grandfather in the 1940’s in southern Florida.
William Zahler, founder of Zahler Construction & Development, has more than 20 years experience in general construction, home building, and commercial and residential development. At the age of 22, he was part owner of a general contracting and construction management company in Richmond, Virginia. Formerly the Division Manager of Struever Rouse Homes, and Senior Vice President at Artery Homes, William brings perspective to every project from “both sides of the blueprint”, having practical knowledge of all facets of the construction process from his early work on numerous jobsites as well as holding an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. He is a current board member of the Home Builders Association of Maryland (former President of Baltimore City Chapter), the Founding Co-Chair of the Maryland Residential Green Building Council and Board member of The Certified Master Builders and Remodelers Council (former President).
